BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A credit card pre-payment of £150 will be required at check-in to cover any incidentals during your stay, this will be released following bill payment at check-out. This must be the same card used at time of booking unless you are using a voucher, in this case it can be any card.

Maximum two adults (minimum age 18 years). ID may be required on arrival.

All of our hotel rooms are non-smoking.

The hotel is a privately licensed premise and operates a house price corkage charge per bottle consumed that is not purchased on site.

Additional bookings for Dining and Thai Massage are subject to limited availability, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our pool in Beaconsfield is only available for use by hotel residents, and open during daylight hours.

Monthly payments are for a minimum twelve month direct debit contract

In the event that a member falls into arrears in respect of any fees payable, we reserve the right to levy an administration charge of £35 for each such event. In addition, any company collecting funds on behalf of us will have additional fees which will be passed on

We occasionally change membership privileges, valid members are entitled to the privileges which are published on our website subject to availability. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or vouchers. A valid membership card is essential for all membership privileges
