The Crazy Bear Hotels are now cashless. We exclusively accept debit/credit cards for all transactions.
HOTEL ROOMS
A credit card pre-payment of £150 will be required at check-in to cover any incidentals during your stay, this will be released following bill payment at check-out. This must be the same card used at time of booking unless you are using a voucher, in this case it can be any card.
Maximum two adults (minimum age 18 years).
Additional bookings for Dining and Thai Massage are subject to limited availability so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
BEST FLEXIBLE RATE
Your booking will be confirmed by credit/debit card pre-payment to the full value of your reservation – this will be debited from your account on the date of your stay.
This booking is refundable up to 48 hours prior to your 4pm check-in date (excluding New Year’s Eve and Valentines period). In the case of late cancellation or no-show your booking and pre-payment are subject to forfeiture (we will take payment and you will lose your booking).
You must bring the same credit/debit card used for this booking with you when you check-in for a pre-payment of £150 by means of PIN entry to cover any incidentals during your stay, this will be released following final bill payment at check-out.

THAI MASSAGE
Our Thai massage treatment is not available to pregnant women, and if you have any current or previous health problems please discuss with us before you book. Minimum age 18 years.

In the case of late reschedule or no-show your voucher is subject to forfeiture.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for other products or cash
No change will be given, entire value must be used in one visit
Expiry date cannot be extended
MEMBERSHIP
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
Membership is payable in advance annually or monthly
Monthly payments are for a minimum twelve month direct debit contract
In the event that a member falls into arrears in respect of any fees payable, we reserve the right to levy an administration charge of £35 for each such event. In addition, any company collecting funds on behalf of us will have additional fees which will be passed on
We occasionally change membership privileges, valid members are entitled to the privileges which are published on our website subject to availability. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or vouchers. A valid membership card is essential for all membership privileges
