Our English restaurant serves modern British cuisine with originality and provenance. With fresh fish delivered straight from the boat and rare-breed meats reared at the local Wild Pig Farm.

Serving authentic Thai-Malay dishes which surprise and delight. Using only the very finest ingredients, our Thai chefs add theatre to traditional dishes such as our pineapple served rice and pork belly.

The heart of our hotel in Oxfordshire is a sixteenth century public house, bravely re-designed to combine historic character and eccentric extras. In addition to beers on tap, premium spirits and cocktails, all of our menus can be enjoyed in the bar.

Set amongst 80 acres, we have a selection of stunning woodland Lounges around the estate which take advantage of the natural beauty of the grounds. And we have plenty of covered heated seating, so all of our menus can be enjoyed outside all year round.
