All of our prime cuts are dry-aged 7 to 35 days and then butchered at The Crazy Bear Farm Shop to our chefs’ specification

All of our Gloucestershire Old Spot pork and Welsh Badger Face lamb is reared at The Crazy Bear Farm, and all of our beef is grass-fed Hereford.
